Job summary

Allied Consultants, Inc., an Austin-based firm, seeks an experienced MS365 Copilot Support Analyst to join our high-impact technical services team. You will provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft 365 Copilot, resolve incidents, troubleshoot issues, and assist users.

In partnership with platform administrators, you will support configuration and administration within the Microsoft 365 environment, develop user documentation, and create training materials and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities, licensing, governance, and security concepts.
• 2 years of experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and end-user technologies.
• 2 years of strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• 2 years of knowledge of AI governance, data protection, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft 365 Copilot, including incident resolution and user assistance.
• Support configuration and administration activities within the Microsoft 365 environment in coordination with platform administrators.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, and procedures.
• Evaluate and test new Copilot capabilities and roadmap enhancements; provide recommendations for implementation and readiness.
