LifeStream in Lecanto, FL is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide both individual and group therapy. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and maintain thorough documentation.

The role requires a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, prior behavioral health experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience in behavioral health settings with mental health clients.
• Experience in case management and developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and adherence to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health therapy and integrate new knowledge into practice.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
