Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or HS Diploma and 4+ years experience.
• Experience in project management and process development is essential.
• Knowledge of regulatory, validation and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MS&T team, working cross-functionally with various departments.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and monitor process integrity.
• Manage and document changes to production processes.

Skills

Project management experience

Knowledge of regulatory requirements

Experience with cGMP clinical packaging

Strong knowledge of Tech Transfer

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to use TrackWise, ComplianceWire

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemical or Pharmaceutical Engineering
