Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics, Chemical Engineering or related scientific field.
• 4+ years in technology/product transfers and process optimization in GMP environments or 2 years with a Master's.
• Experience in product/technology transfer activities and ability to author technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Support/Lead product/technology transfers and process development to optimize manufacturing for multiple platforms.
• Generate protocols, reports, and risk assessments; lead development studies and batches.
• Manage project scope and schedules for key product integrations, on budget and schedule.
