Job summary

Tallahassee Healthcare seeks an Office Manager-level professional to coordinate daily scheduling of in-house and outside patient surgeries, including obtaining required authorizations. This role reports in the Breast Surgery Specialists department and oversees front-line scheduling activities.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent; preferred Associates Degree in Medical Terminology or Health Care Management; and at least three years’ experience in Patient Access, Billing, Cash

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Associates Degree, Medical Terminology or Health Care Management

Required Experience:

Required: Three (3) years' experience in Patient Access, Billing, Cash Collections, Insurance and/or Pre-certification requirements or directly related experience in a hospital. Preferred: Five (5) years' experience in Patient Access, Billing, Cash Collections, Insurance and/or Pre-certification requirements or directly related experience in a hospital.
