Our client is seeking a MS Sr. Customer Engineer in Atlanta, GA.

Role Description

• Windows, Office (needed)
• MAC OS (bonus but not critical)
• Mainly for OPS support experience
• Standard desktop stuff
• Particularly need good written communication, for end user surveys and knowledge articles)

Skills & Requirements

• Conduct Experience Uplift in an agreed time period during the initial stages of the engagement and the Computacenter UK Offices.
• Find faults with office environment IT related problems (connectivity, application errors, operating system issues) and troubleshooting.
• Install current Microsoft (or any other required) operating systems for PC’s, onto a desktop, laptop, tablet, etc
• Load standard software applications such as Microsoft Office, software from OS app software or other scripted installs.
• Install (unpack, connect to the network and test) standard desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Install software application if required
• Does the resource need experience of working in any particular sector? no
• Will the resource be working alone or in a team? alone
• If available, can local resource be used? yes
• Can the work be done remotely? NO
• Is the person expected to travel for the role? (Travel arrangements need to be discussed with the service provider in advance) no
