Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.

  • Shift Requirements after onboarding/training for this role: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer IV, you will be responsible for:

  • Servicing Equipment in the Tampa, FL area. Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience.
  • Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare instrumentation at customer sites with minimal supervision.
  • Delivering timely and effective repairs as well as training operators to ensure optimal system performance, leading to customer satisfaction.
  • Managing financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue, expenses, and inventory.
  • Managing company assets including a vehicle, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
  • Establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers, and performing administrative duties accurately.

  • Proficiency with network applications and tools like eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website.
  • 3+ years experience as a medical technologist or biomedical engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned geography; willingness for on-call rotation after training.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, climbing, bending, and working alone.
