Collier County Public Schools is seeking candidates for supplemental MS soccer coaching positions. Applicants must be 21+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and provide at least one reference letter unless CCPS staff. Eligible coaches need Florida or athletic coaching certification and CPR/AED/First Aid training.

Must complete online application with documents. Volunteer or paid coaching roles within CCPS require compliant certifications; detailed information is available on the district site.

The Florida Department of Education issues two types of Athletic Coaching Certificates:

• 1. 3-Year Temporary Certificate (Issued ONLY to give a coach the opportunity to complete the requirements for the 5-Year Certificate. It is NOT renewable.)
• 2. 5-Year Athletic Coaching Certificate

WHO NEEDS IT?

• Coaches who are paid a supplement from the school District but DO NOT hold a Temporary or Professional Educator Certificate.
• Volunteer Coaches who are employees of the Collier County Public Schools, but do not hold a Temporary or Professional Educator’s Certification.
