Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health field is required.
• Requires Indiana licensure as LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC or HSPP.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of CBT, MI, DBT and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group, and family counseling.
• Performs utilization review and discharge planning.
• Interprets complex patient/family needs and liaises with protective services.
• Serves as liaison with state and county protective teams.
• Provides mental health assessments upon physician referral.
• Maintains safe, therapeutic environment.
