The ideal candidate will work across CRM plugins, Dataverse, and external integrations, ensuring robust processes and scalable CRM architectures in a hybrid environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
• Experience with CRM customization and configuration.
• Strong understanding of CRM entities, tables, relationships, forms, views, and workflows.
• Experience with CRM data modeling and business processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience developing and supporting CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based integrations.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing CRM solutions to support business requirements and improve enterprise CRM processes.

The candidate should have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, CRM data modeling, customization, business process automation, and integration with Azure services and external applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement applications.
• Configure and customize CRM entities, tables, forms, views, relationships, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop and implement CRM plugins, custom workflows, and business logic.
• Work with CRM data models, Dataverse, and business process configurations.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications using APIs and Azure services.

• 6–8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
• Experience with CRM customization and configuration.
• Strong understanding of CRM entities, tables, relationships, forms, views, and workflows.
• Experience with CRM data modeling and business processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience developing and supporting CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Plugins and custom workflows.
• Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of CRM security roles and access management.
• Experience working in enterprise banking or financial services environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience, including customization, plugins, workflows, data modeling, and integrations. Experience with Azure services and enterprise application environments will be an added advantage.
