Job summary

RADgov Inc. is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialist to support enterprise deployments. The role requires hands-on experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, Power Apps, Power Portal, and Power Pages, plus strong infrastructure and network skills.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical customer service analysis, architectural experience, and familiarity with CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps. Local candidates within 100 miles of Lansing, MI will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
• Architect Experience 3+ years
• Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 5+ years
• Azure DevOps 5+ years
• Data Architecture Experience- 3+ years
• Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years
• Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
• CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
• Technical Customer Service Analyst - 5+ years
• Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support - 5+ years
