Job summary

Gov Services Hub is seeking a Programmer Analyst 6 - Dynamics 365 Systems Architect to design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for Michigan state agencies. The role requires leading architect-level tasks, detailed design, testing, and deployment across multiple platforms with a strong emphasis on integration and security.

The position is hybrid with on-site work from day one (Mon/Tues) in Lansing, MI, and local candidates within 100 miles are preferred.

Position Details

• Interviews: MS Teams video interview with camera ON. 2nd round may be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.
• Duration: 1 year with possible extension
• Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (Mon/Tues onsite)

Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst

This employee provides application development/integration services to the Department of Technology, Management and Budget supporting Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR), Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC)and Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP). They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platforms. As a Programmer Analyst, they will both perform and leading the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.
