Job summary

Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR) and Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC) seek a Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst for a 1-year hybrid role. The candidate will design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, with a focus on Azure and integration tasks.

Please note: This is a hybrid position. Resource will serve as both a Dynamics Architect and a developer.

• Interviews: MS Teams video interview with camera ON. 2nd round may be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.
• Duration: 1 year with possible extension
• Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (Mon/Tues onsite)
• Local candidates ONLY (must be located within 100 miles of Lansing, MI at time of submission).

Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst

This employee provides application development/integration services to the Department of Technology, Management and Budget supporting Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR), Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC) and Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP). They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications.

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platforms. As a Programmer Analyst, they will both perform and leading the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.
