Mexican Sugar in Plano, Texas is seeking an experienced Bartender to elevate our guests' dining experience with high-quality cocktails and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of bartending experience, have extensive knowledge of tequila, and be skilled in crafting cocktails from fresh ingredients. A commitment to maintaining the comfort and satisfaction of guests while showcasing efficiency and showmanship is essential.

Formación

• Minimum two (2) years bartending experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must maintain Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification.

Mexican Sugar is looking for a smart, stylish, and experienced bartender to transport our guests with a Fresher, Lighter, Better Latin experience. Our bartenders stay two steps ahead of their guests' needs and know that small batch, fresh-crafted cocktails paired with luxurious service are la clave to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years bartending experience (LBW experience)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.
• Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.
