Job summary

Mexican Sugar in Houston is seeking an experienced bartender to enhance the Latin experience for our guests. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of tequila, and the ability to craft fresh cocktails.

The role involves maintaining high standards of service while being ahead of guest needs. A High School diploma is required, and Food Handler's Certification along with TABC Certification is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years bartending experience (LBW experience).
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification.

Our bartenders stay two steps ahead of their guests' needs and know that small batch, fresh-crafted cocktails paired with luxurious service are la clave to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years bartending experience (LBW experience)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.
• Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.
