Job summary

Mexican Sugar seeks a smart, stylish bartender to deliver Fresher, Lighter, Better Latin cocktails with luxurious service. You will craft cocktails from fresh ingredients, know tequila very well, and stay two steps ahead of guests’ needs.

Requirements include 2+ years bartending, English fluency, and a High School diploma. Spanish is a plus; you must pass Food Handler's and TABC certifications and maintain sanitation standards.

Mexican Sugar is looking for a smart, stylish, and experienced bartender to transport our guests with a Fresher, Lighter, Better Latin experience. Our bartenders stay two steps ahead of their guests' needs and know that small batch, fresh-crafted cocktails paired with luxurious service are la clave to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years bartending experience (LBW experience)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus.
• Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow regulations regarding alcohol sale and service.
