Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Engineer to join our development team in Huntsville. You will use C++, Python, and the AFSIM environment to support design, development, and testing of Directed Energy weapon systems for DoW customers.

The role involves coordinating analysis planning across teams, executing complex simulations, and reporting results to senior management. A DoD Secret clearance and 3+ years MS&A experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical/Software Engineering, Physics, OR related discipline.
• 3+ years of MS&A experience for DoD systems.
• Experience setting up and executing complex mission-level simulations in AFSIM.
• Experience analyzing simulation data with statistics, regression, or ANOVA.
• Experience with DoE, Monte Carlo, or AI/ML including RL and neural networks.
• Experience in HPC environments and cross‑team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate analysis planning, execution, and reporting to senior management and DoD customers.
• Support design, development, and testing of DE HEL and HPM weapon systems.
• Contribute to MS&A tools and models in C++ and Python and integrate multiple tools.
