Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Ohio is seeking a highly skilled analyst to support the Intelligence Community by developing analytical simulation capabilities and space-based models in frameworks like AFSIM and TMAP. The role focuses on creating authoritative scenarios and enabling rigorous analysis of space systems.

You will join cross-disciplinary teams, apply lean Agile practices, and contribute to MS&A efforts, DOE design and execution, and engineering analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field is required.

Job description

The successful candidate will support the Intelligence Community (IC) in the development of analytical simulation capabilities and models to support multiple space-based analyses. Typical projects involve develop ing and integrating authoritative intelligence-based physical, mathematical, and logical models in TMAP & AFSIM, developing scenarios to test new concepts, and enabling and performing analysis of space-based systems and concepts. The Scientific Analysis Operat ion focuse s on providing analytical capabilities and generating accurate scientific and technical information to support the IC and Do W through specialized software development , M&S tool ing and infrastructure , and analysis . We have a unique blend of analysis and modeling capabilities with an understanding of S&TI missions that enable us to provide the Government with innovative solutions to complex challenges and questions . We are industry leaders in the Air Force's AFSIM modeling and simulation environment and have been heavily involved in TMAP , ITASE, and NGTS for years. This opportunity will give the candidate exposure to a wide array of n ovel technologies and concepts, includ ing space -based threat systems and operations, in telligen ce tradecraft and digital engineering practices, and cutting edge DoW M& S . • US citizenship
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Experience related to space-based systems, network topologies, sensors, electronic warfare, data fusion, C2, cyber , or other defense- related area s
• Experience with simulation frameworks such as AFSIM, TMAP, ITASE, or NGTS
• Experience developing or integrating physics-based models in simulation frameworks
• Experience in authoritative scenario development , DOE design and execution, or engineering and technical analysis
