Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Engineer to support the DoW MS&A of DE/HEL and HPM weapon systems. You will leverage C++, Python, and the AF SIM framework to assist in design, development, and testing for U.S. DoW customers.

The role involves performing analysis and trade studies, evaluating subsystem performance, and coordinating across teams for analysis planning, execution, and reporting of results to senior management.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant technical field.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 3+ years of MS&A experience with DoD systems.
• Experience with complex mission-level simulations in AFSIM.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python; ability to develop MS&A tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate analysis planning, execution, and reporting across multiple teams.
• Support design, development, and testing of DE-HEL and HPM weapon systems.
• Analyze simulation results using statistical and ML techniques.
• Contribute to live-fire test support and results reporting to management and DoD customers.
