Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing, employee-owned company supporting Department of War (DoW) modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) of defensive systems, is searching for a talented Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Engineer to join our development team. The candidate will use tools developed in C++, Python, and the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) environment to support the design, development, and testing of Directed Energy (DE) - High Energy Laser (HEL) and High Power Microwave (HPM) - weapon systems for United States DoW customers. Activities will support analysis and trade studies of individual subsystem components, assessment of the performance and effectiveness of multiple systems, recommendations for the employment of multiple systems, and MS&A support to live-fire tests of prototype or fielded systems. Duties will include coordination across multiple teams for analysis planning, execution, and regular reporting of emerging and final results that will be delivered to senior management and DoW customers. Required Skills: * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Physics, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or another relevant technical field
