Job summary

Clay Lacy Aviation in Santa Ana, CA seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to service and repair a variety of customer aircraft with minimal supervision. Applicants must have an A&P certificate and be willing to travel regionally to support maintenance events.

You will document work per data, communicate with customers, and adhere to FAA/OSHA regulations while maintaining a professional, safety‑minded approach in a high‑performing environment.

Qualifications

• A&P certificate required.
• Experience in mobile repair or AOG support environments.
• Minimum 3 years of maintaining, servicing and troubleshooting corporate jet aircraft.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, and service various customer aircraft with minimal supervision.
• Travel within region and occasionally outside to support maintenance events and training.
• Be available to work different shifts and weekends as required to support customer needs.
• Document all completed work per current data and policy.
• Frequent interaction with customers is expected.
• Adhere to company, FAA and OSHA regulations and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding attendance record.
• Promote Clay Lacy Vision, Mission and Values daily.
• Maintain proficiency with tools, techniques and approved practices used to perform aircraft maintenance.
• Ensure material has been properly received prior to installation on aircraft.
• Verify material shelf life has not expired prior to use.
• Verify calibrated tooling calibration due date and condition prior to use.
• Promote efficient and professional work environment.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement projects as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Location: Santa Ana, CA (KSNA)

Shift: Day Shift (Must be flexible)

Compensation: $45.00/hr - $54.00/hr

Sign On Bonus: $3,000.00
