Job summary

Siemens Energy in Orlando is seeking an MRP / Order Management Professional to ensure timely flow of materials and services to support production. You will analyze MRP/ERP data, manage procurement activities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Working with suppliers, production, engineering, and logistics, you will maintain SAP data, address shortages, and drive process improvements across planning and procurement workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in material requirements planning (MRP), procurement, or order management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory control, production planning, demand planning, and supplier performance management.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance, expedite orders as needed, and support uninterrupted production operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements within material planning, procurement, and order management workflows.

As an MRP / Order Management Professional within the Additive Manufacturing organization in Orlando, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely flow of materials and services required to support production demands. Your day will involve analyzing MRP and ERP data, managing procurement activities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to address material availability and scheduling challenges. You will work closely with suppliers, production, engineering, and logistics teams to maintain operational continuity while driving process improvements across planning and procurement functions.
