Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; plus 1+ year of parts experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Daily inventory, cycle counts, and requisition parts.
• Maintain perpetual inventory of parts and equipment.
• Record parts inventory and track incoming orders.
• Receive and issue parts daily in the system.
• Issue parts to workers and track returns.
• Receive and store parts delivered each shift.
• Process purchase orders in real time.
• Keep parts room organized per instructions.
• Communicate part needs with shop leads and buyer.
• Move parts with forklift and assist with lifting up to 70 pounds.
