Job summary

Dauch Corporation, a premier driveline and metal forming supplier, seeks a Tool Crib Attendant for the weekend shift. You will support inventory control, conduct cycle counts, and barcode locations to ensure accuracy and efficient material flow across maintenance and operations.

The role involves collaborating with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations and Engineering, pursuing cost reductions with suppliers, and assisting with invoice resolutions as part of indirect purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• SAP MRP experience preferred.
• Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
• Experience with cost reductions with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels through MRP replenishment to maximum stock levels.
• Perform cycle counts and audits for inventory accuracy.
• Barcode materials and locations for scanning.
• Support stock-out issues and root-cause analysis.
• Process inbound mail shipments and repair parts processing.
• Identify cost savings with suppliers and continuous improvement projects.
• Interface with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations and Engineering teams daily.
