Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking an MRO Supervisor in Huntsville, AL to manage all MRO inventory, ensure accurate tracking, and support production with cost-controlled, compliant practices. The role includes supervising technicians, developing preventive maintenance plans, and coordinating with procurement.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or master’s) with inventory control experience, strong leadership and CMMS knowledge, and a willingness to work 1st shift Monday–Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of all MRO supplies including spare parts and coordinate procurement.
• Supervise and manage a team of technicians, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs, plan workloads, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet production, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify process improvements using metrics and data for continuous improvement.
