Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with inventory control experience.
• Strong leadership and communication are essential.
• Experience with MRO, procurement, and inventory control processes.
• Knowledge of CMMS and safety standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MRO supplies and coordinate with procurement.
• Supervise technicians, schedule work, and conduct performance reviews.
• Establish preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet production, safety, and quality standards.
• Utilize metrics to drive continuous improvements in MRO processes.
