Job summary

VDart Inc is seeking an experienced MRO Specialist for a 6-month engagement in Houston, TX. You will drive data cleanup for reallocations, perform data analysis, and ensure accurate records for asset disposition and financial reconciliation.

You will maintain documentation of scrapped parts, process credit returns, and support the Global Finance team with findings. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential, along with attention to detail and solid communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create data cleanup processes for reallocations.
• Analyze data in Arms for reallocations.
• Clean and process data in Arms.
• Validate data for cycle count in Excel.
• Present reallocations findings to Global Finance.
• Record and document scrapped parts for reconciliation.
• Credit return parts processing.
• Retrieve credit-return parts from Final Assembly crates.
• Assist with credit returning installed parts.

Responsibilities

• Created process for Data Cleanup on Reallocations
• Performed Data Analysis in Arms for Reallocations
• Data Cleaning and Processing in Arms
• Conclude Data Validation for Cycle Count in Excel
• Present Reallocations Findings to Global Finance team

• Record and document scrapped parts and asset disposition data to support financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Credit return parts.
• Go to the black credit return crates in Final Assembly, to collect parts that must be credit returned.
• Help with credit returning Installed Parts.
