Job description

The MRO Data Analyst will support improvements to the maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) item database. The role involves cleaning data, eliminating duplicates, completing missing information, and ensuring accurate categorization of MRO items. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and correct inaccurate or incomplete MRO data using internet research and supplier/manufacturer resources.
• Categorize MRO items accurately into appropriate groups.
• Check whether items already exist in the system and update or create records accordingly.
• Use the internal tool “Integrity” to add new items, update existing items, and apply necessary changes.
• Meet weekly and monthly goals established by the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to analyze, clean, and validate data with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct research using internet sources and supplier/manufacturer data.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work onsite Tuesday (mandatory) and Monday–Wednesday as needed, with optional remote work on Thursday and Friday.
• Ability to participate in bi-weekly Pulse Check meetings (in person if onsite that day, otherwise via Teams).
