Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking an MRO Specialist for an onsite, 12-month temporary assignment in Houston, TX. The role focuses on data cleanup, analysis, and financial-quality controls within Arms and Excel-driven processes.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Global Finance to reconcile parts disposition and reallocations. This is a fixed-term onsite position with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with data cleanup and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and data processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Create data cleanup processes for reallocations.
• Perform data analysis in Arms for reallocations.
• Data cleaning and processing in Arms.
• Validate data for cycle count in Excel.
• Present reallocations findings to Global Finance team.
• Record and document scrapped parts and asset disposition data for financial reconciliation.
• Credit return parts.
• Retrieve credit return crates in Final Assembly to collect parts for credit returns.
• Assist with credit returning installed parts.

• Created process for Data Cleanup on Reallocations
• Performed Data Analysis in Arms for Reallocations
• Data Cleaning and Processing in Arms
• Conclude Data Validation for Cycle Count in Excel
• Present Reallocations Findings to Global Finance team
• Record and document scrapped parts and asset disposition data to support financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Credit return parts.
• Go to the black credit return crates in Final Assembly, to collect parts that must be credit returned.
• Help with credit returning Installed Parts.
