Job summary

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotes from vendors for MRO supplies and services.
• Create and process purchase orders and related documents.
• Enter data accurately and maintain records.
• File documents and keep paper/electronic systems updated.
• Prepare and process office documents for retrieval.
• Coordinate with Health & Safety to ensure policy adherence.
