Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or purchasing coursework preferred.
• 1–3 years in purchasing, MRO buying, or related admin experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus.
• ERP/MRP experience with purchasing systems (e.g., Syspro) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions, MRO inventory, and ERP/MRP reports to determine routine purchasing needs.
• Obtain quotes and compare price, lead time, and terms; make recommendations for approval.
• Issue POs within limits; escalate non-standard terms or high-value purchases.
• Track deliveries and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
