Job summary

Rust-Oleum in Maryland is seeking a procurement professional to source MRO goods, track orders, and expedite vendors to keep operations aligned with production needs.

You will manage ERP/CMMS transactions, including reporting, purchasing, AP, inventory, and planning, while overseeing storeroom activities and maintaining strong supplier relations. This non-exempt role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency expected.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP/CMMS systems preferred.
• Ability to work across all levels of the organization and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Procure MRO goods and services, including tracking and expediting.
• Process ERP/CMMS transactions: reporting, purchasing, AP, inventory, asset optics, planning, and reconciliation.
• Oversee storeroom activities: stock replenishment, cycle counting, shelf stocking, housekeeping, restructuring.
• Maintain vendor/supplier/contractor relations; seek new vendors and expedite; initiate/close claims.
• Coordinate vendor/service visits; participate in peer engagement; back up colleagues; follow SOPs; ensure safety.
