Tomball Controls, LLC is seeking an experienced MRO Purchaser to source and manage materials for manufacturing and facility operations. You will work with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement.

The role requires ERP/MRP experience, strong organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing/MRO.
• ERP/MRP experience required.
• Experience with inventory management and reorder points.
• Strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Mansioni

• Source and procure MRO materials for maintenance and facility operations.
• Create, issue, and manage purchase orders within ERP/MRP systems.
• Monitor purchasing status and open orders; expedite as needed.
• Maintain stocking strategies with Maintenance and Warehouse teams.
• Support cost control, vendor performance evaluation, and supplier relations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier data.
• Assist with procurement process improvements.
