Job summary

International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) seeks an MRO Inventory Coordinator to oversee the spare parts program, maintain accuracy, and support site inventory audits.

The role requires managing inventories, inputting purchases, and coordinating with Sourcing to meet specifications, cost targets, and lead times. You will help develop BOMs and work with engineers and maintenance teams to optimize equipment uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience with spare parts inventory systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software.
• Experience with SAP or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper quantity and selection of spare parts and materials to perform plant and facility repairs.
• Maintain spare parts warehouses to ensure availability and efficient issuance and receipt of spare parts.
• Provide and input part/materials purchases and receipts into the computerized spare parts inventory systems.
• Work with Sourcing to ensure materials are purchased in conformance to specifications, cost, and lead times.
• Coordinate purchases and deliveries with Sourcing and manage vendor relationships.
• Perform physical inventories and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and adjust as needed.
• Develop equipment bill of materials (BOMs) and spare parts strategy for new/existing equipment.
• Ensure adherence to ISO quality and environmental policies in inventory activities.
