Job summary

Millenniumsoft seeks a Material Handler to support MRO material movement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Canaan, CT. You will receive, store, and deliver spare parts and tools, ensuring inventory accuracy for maintenance and production teams.

Responsibilities include ERP/CMMS/WMS transactions, cycle counts, and 5S compliance. Forklift certification is preferred; hours are Mon-Fri, 08:00–17:00, with a pay rate of $23.00/hr on a contract W2 basis.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification per client guidelines.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS/WMS systems is preferred.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming MRO materials and spare parts.
• Store, organize, and issue inventory to maintenance and production teams.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Operate forklifts and handheld devices safely and efficiently.
• Maintain 5S-compliant storage areas and support continuous improvement.
