Job summary

GE Vernova in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Material Resource Planner to manage the flow of MRO parts to a manufacturing cell. You will ensure material availability for preventive and reactive maintenance and accurately record transactions in ERP/CMMS systems.

The role requires strong attention to inventory accuracy, leadership of crib attendants, cycle counts, and collaboration with buyers. Experience with SAP or CMMS is preferred, and relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Materials Management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance materials purchasing/procurement.
• Knowledge of industrial machine tool maintenance components (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Robotic, PLC, CNC, HMI, PC, Electrical, Electronic).

Responsibilities

• Manage all Incoming and Outgoing MRO Inventory.
• Coordinate Receiving activity for MRO Inventory.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via cycle counting (three times annually).
• Supervise Crib Attendants and 5S activities.
• Lead safety compliance in material storage and handling.
• Enter work order data in Maximo or L2L for reporting.
