Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a production operator in Danbury, CT to operate machines, prepare equipment, and monitor production processes. The role involves verifying production status, performing quality checks, and assisting with maintenance during regular inspections and repairs.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, English communication, ability to lift objects, and US work authorization. Export control compliance applies as this is a US Person role.

• Salary Range: $22.25 - $24.35
