Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and program operating machines, performing accuracy checks in test sequences.
• Oversee machine ramp-up after setup and assist Operators in running machines.
• Support maintenance to repair, prevent downtime, and inspect machines.
• Follow documented procedures and maintain records and tracking.
• Inspect finished products or components and submit for approval.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear PPE at all times.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Set up and programming of operating machines including accuracy and effectiveness checks in various test sequences
• Oversee ramp up of machines after setup procedure and support Operators in operating the machines
• Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines
• Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking
• Check finished product/product component and submits for approval
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Your Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communication in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery for use in inspection
• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

• Multiple years of experience operating complex machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
