Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Maintenance Material Resource Planner to manage the flow of spare parts for a manufacturing cell. The role ensures material availability for preventative and reactive maintenance and ensures transactions are correctly logged in ERP/CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Materials Management or Industrial Engineering or HS diploma with 5 years manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of MRO purchasing/procurement with knowledge of repair components (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, etc).
• Willingness to work off-shift to support production.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Incoming and Outgoing MRO Inventory.
• Supervise Crib Attendants and related 5S and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct cycle counting and ensure critical parts are in stock.
• Coordinate receiving and expediting for MRO inventory.
• Coordinate logistics for incoming/outgoing Maintenance Repair items.
• Liaise with Buyers for PMs and repairs.
• Track KPI metrics and report weekly performance.
