Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a Logistics / Supply Chain Manager to own parts strategy, sourcing, replenishment and custody for facility maintenance operations. The role includes managing a replenishment hub, smart lockers, secure cabinets, vehicle stock and repair kits across sites.

Responsibilities include leading a team, optimizing CMMS/EAM inventory systems, and monitoring vendor performance while ensuring PO accuracy and cycle counts. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a background check and obtain installation access.

Aufgaben

• Set up and run the receiving and replenishment hub and place smart lockers and cabinets based on parts demand.
• Build standard repair kits and set reorder points and min/max levels by location.
• Source and manage vendors; manage company-furnished parts, tools and vehicles; track Government-owned material.
• Lead a weekly supply review, reconcile system balances to physical counts, and manage returns and warranty parts.
• Supervise Inventory / Smart Locker Specialists and replenishment routes.
• Maintain inventory ownership and disposition records.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve supplier issues.
• Ensure purchase-order accuracy and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies.
• Run a cycle-count program and control shrinkage through access controls, audits and variance investigation.
