Job summary

Odyssey Information Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented MRO Data Entry & Verification Clerk to support our MRO operations.

This role focuses on accurately entering repair information into the invoicing system, verifying codes and descriptions, and ensuring records are complete and consistent. You will cross-check data across internal systems, identify and correct discrepancies, and communicate with technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry, data verification, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and accurately transfer information between them.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
• Previous experience in an MRO, manufacturing, or repair environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Enter repair and maintenance information provided by technicians into the invoicing system.
• Verify repair codes, descriptions, and related data for accuracy.
• Cross-check information between multiple internal systems to ensure consistency.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors.
• Communicate internally with repair technicians to clarify information as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic records.
• Support daily administrative and data processing activities within the MRO department.
