Job summary

  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials per safety standards.
  • Directs and coordinates the purchasing of materials and supplies.
  • Collaborate with production and supporting departments to ensure food safety and quality.

Overview

Scope of Job: This position is responsible for supporting the maintenance team by managing inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies required for maintenance, repair, and operational activities. This role ensures timely availability of materials, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with procurement and safety standards. Monitor and track maintenance materials from purchasing, processing, warehousing and maintenance processes.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of MRO supplies and spare parts.

  • Support adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with production and supporting departments to ensure the food safety and quality of products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience: 1-3 years of maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in inventory control, maintenance support, or warehouse operations. Familiarity with CMMS and basic procurement processes required.
