Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Scientific and Research Fellow, Molecular biology, Liquid chromatography, to join our mRNA process development team in Boston. The role focuses on production and analysis of RNA constructs, IVT, chromatography purification, and analytical methods.

The candidate should have a relevant degree with lab experience in RNA biology, TFF, CGE, and Benchling, and be committed to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or biochemistry with required lab experience.
• Experience with RNA biochemistry methods including IVT.
• Experience with CGE, HPLC, ELISA and chromatography.
• Familiarity with electronic lab notebooks (Benchling) and good documentation practices.
• Commitment to safety and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform IVT and purification experiments (chromatography, TFF).
• Perform analytical methods (CGE, HPLC, ELISA).
• Process data and provide summaries to team and stakeholders.
• Prepare buffers and reagents per SOPs; maintain lab notebooks and gear.
• Uphold safety standards and support lab operations.
