Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in East Hartford, CT is seeking a Product Manufacturing Engineer to join the Operations, Quality and Engineering teams. You will lead MRL execution for critical parts, drive manufacturability into design, and collaborate with IPT to mitigate production risk across internal shop and supply chain components.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and several years in manufacturing operations, with Six Sigma and PFMEA experience preferred. Travel up to 10% and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 7 years of experience, or Master’s with 5 years.
• Technical proficiency in complex manufacturing activities.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRL execution and drive manufacturability in design and production.
• Collaborate with IPT and interface between engineering, program and operations.
• Document statements, observations, conclusions, calculations and recommendations.
• Schedule and facilitate periodic reviews; use scorecards to track progress.
• Travel up to 10%.
