Product Manufacturing Engineer will be integrated with the Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams and will act as the liaison between engineering, program, and operations. They will lead a specific part or part family MRL advancement through the execution of MRL elements such as Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), yield & cost curves, and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) trade tools to identifying and mitigating manufacturing and operational risk. The scope of this role will include both Pratt & Whitney internal shop and supply chain components.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high technology, advanced program environment incorporating the latest manufacturing readiness assessment tools. The Product Manufacturing Engineer will be an experienced, proactive, and goal oriented professional to lead MRL execution on critical parts. This resource will have a key role in refining and improving MRL standard work as it applies to early phase programs.
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
