Position Summary: MRI Technologists use radiofrequencies within a magnetic field to perform diagnostic, therapeutic, or research imaging. They independently conduct MRI procedures, ensuring accurate patient identification, preparation, and safety while optimizing imaging protocols to meet clinical needs. They evaluate image quality, assist with magnetic resonance interventions, and manage data transfer and storage. They also prepare and administer medications as prescribed, adhering to legal and safety standards, and educate healthcare providers and students.
