Mercyhealth in Janesville, WI seeks a skilled MRI Technologist to perform advanced MRI imaging, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with radiologists for accurate diagnosis. The position offers a 12-hour shift schedule (Fri-Sun, 7am-7pm) and a sign-on bonus.
Perform advanced MRI imaging procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and exceptional care throughout the imaging process. This role operates specialized MRI equipment, administers contrast media, performs complex and specialized MRI studies, maintains strict MRI safety standards, and collaborates with physicians and radiologists to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. The position also evaluates image quality, assists with interventional procedures, mentors students and team members, and provides compassionate care while addressing the physical and emotional needs of patients.

Graduate of an accredited radiography program or accredited MRI training program
Minimum One (1) to Three (3) years experience preferred.
Will consider new graduates
ARRT (MR) if completed the MRI Primary pathway required upon hire OR ARRT, (R) with requirement to obtain the MR Credential within 2 years of hire ARMRIT Credential required upon hire only if they do not hold ARRT Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days.
