Equiliem is seeking a MRI technologist to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in MRI or radiology and can operate MRI equipment efficiently while keeping patients at ease before and during scans.

The role requires coordination with physicians to ensure timely receipt of results, familiarity with medical terminology, and stamina for standing during procedures. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in MRI or radiology required.
• ARRT certification is a plus.
• Two years of experience in MR imaging.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• NY license required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a clean and safe scanning facility.
• Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging.
• Prepare patients for scans and explain procedures to help comfort.
• Insert IVs when necessary for the test.
• Document all procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Provide patient care as needed.
