Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and high school diploma required.
• 1+ year radiology experience with MRI training.
• RT(MR)ARRT or ARMRIT/ equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and equipment is safe.
• Educate patients about MRI procedures and safety; promote cooperation.
• Position patients for accurate, high-quality imaging.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast; monitor for reactions.
• Perform QC checks and document in EMR/PACS per policy.
• Follow patient ID, consent, and time-out procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment safely across ages.
• Screen for MRI safety compliance and complete required forms.
