Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking an MRI Technologist for a PRN role to cover days and evening shifts. The position performs routine, specialized and interventional MRI imaging, including venipuncture when indicated, and assists the Radiologist and Radiology nurses with sedation cases.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved Radiologic Technologist Program, BLS, ARRT (MR) (or ARRT (R) with obligation to obtain MR within 12 months of orientation), and Texas State

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists« certification - ARRT (MR)
• Texas Department of State Health certification.
• Work Experience: 1 year required.
• Or ARRT (R); employee will be required to obtain ARRT (MR) license within 1 year of completing orientation.
